We just got a new water filter and it is the business 👍 If you're not drinking enough water to make your urine a light coloured yellow you are dehydrated. Dehydration can cause a range of health issues; UTIs, autoimmune diseases, weight gain and digestive issues, to name a few. Taking yourself out of these risk groups is easily avoided by building a good water habit.
Contrary to what some believe the purity of the water you drink is very important for your health. If you have a good filter use it rather than drinking straight from the tap, and remember over 40% of bottled water is poorly filtered tap water.
I had an interesting health occurrence this week, and along with a simple home remedy, good quality water has been my saviour. More on that soon in another post!
